Training Programmes Refunds and Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend the training, please provide notice as soon as possible. If you cancel within a week of the training, Student Minds reserves the right to charge 50% the full cost of the training. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, or do not turn up to the live workshop, you will be charged the full cost of the training. Cancellations must be sent in writing to Training@studentminds.org.uk and are only valid once receipt has been confirmed. Training may be cancelled with limited notice in unforeseen or exceptional circumstances. If there are not enough individuals registered to attend a training session, at least one week’s notice will be given. In the case that a training session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer illness, or adverse weather conditions, Student Minds will not be held accountable for costs associated with the cancelled course.
